Terms of Service
By ordering or using Rackfield services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Plans and Scope
- Access plan starts at $59/mo and includes managed wifi.
- Managed plan starts at $300/mo and includes managed wifi, backups, email, security, domain, and point of sale support.
- On Access, managed domain is optional at +$10/mo. Features marked as not included are out of scope unless added in writing.
2. Billing and Suspension
- Monthly charges are billed in advance and due on invoice date.
- Late or failed payment may result in service restriction or suspension until the account is current.
3. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful activity, abuse, interference, or security bypass attempts on Rackfield systems.
- You are responsible for users and devices connected under your account.
4. Availability and Support
- Service is provided as available and may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, or upstream provider issues.
- Rackfield will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service and maintain reliability.
5. Liability and Changes
- Rackfield is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected service in the prior 30 days.
- We may update these Terms or pricing with notice; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
